Plantage PC

Bonjour à tous ,
J'ai des soucis avec mon pc (Windows 7 Home premium 64bit, Asus P7P55D, Intel Core I5 750 @ 2.67GHz, 4GB de ram, GeForce GTX 260).

En effet il plante subitement et assez fréquemment, souvent peu après le démarrage du pc, lorsque je lance une impression depuis l'imprimante, lorsque j'envoie des photos sur facebook, lorsque j'envoie un fichier sur hotmail, brancher certains apareils en usb... En faisant une de ces actions, le pc plante 9 fois sur 10, sauf pour l'imprimante qui fait planter le pc en permanence (et qui marche sur mon pc portable).

De plus, parfois le pc plante sans action de ma part, lancement d'application ou de programme particulier...
C'est vraiment embêtant et je ne vois vraiment pas d'où le problème peut venir (j'ai déjà désactiver l'antivirus nod32 et le pare feu windows, et le pc est propre au niveau des virus et compagnie, mes composants semblent à jours, je nettoye assez régulirement le pc avec ccleaner).

Cela pourrait t-il venir d'un composant interne du pc ? (j'ai lu que de nombreuses personnes ont des problèmes avec la même carte mère que la mienne, des problèmes de compatibilité avec la carte graphique, ou alors un truc bête genre ce sont ma souris et mon clavier qui font planter le pc??)

Ca ne m'étonne pas de voir des alimentations XtremPower Gold Premium Killing Death 8500W qui débite même pas assez de courant stable pour deux pauvres disques durs !

J'ai déjà vu des alimentation nonames neuves dont les composants étaient à peine soudés sur le circuit imprimé... Un tout petit choc sur cette alimentation avait défait rapidement ce boulot de sagouin !

J'ai envoyé mon PC au magasin dans lequel je l'ai acheté, ils m'ont dit que l'alimentation n'était pas forcément la source du problème et ont procéder à une série de test : résultat, l'alim et le reste ne sont pas en cause (sois-disant..., peut-être sont ils gênés d'avouer que le problème viendrait d'une pièce de leur choix, pièce qu'ils n'auraient pas eu à me vendre si ils étaient honnêtes) et m'ont demandé de réinstaller windows... Mon disque est partitionné en 3, une partie programme, une autre sauvegarde, une autre multimédia et jeux. Je ne souhaite pas perdre toutes mes données, surtout sur la partie multimédia (500Go quand même), comment faire ? Merci d'avance

Bonjour,

Dans un premier temps investi dans un disque dur externe pour réellement effectuer tes sauvegardes, car sinon ton disque lâche et ce sont les 3 partitions qui seront perdues...

Ce qui me gêne énormément c'est qu'un PC installé et acheté en magasin (avec garantie je présume) qui déconne est rendu tout aussi en panne au client en lui donnant la consigne de réinstaller lui-même Windows et de croiser les doigts... :/

T'as pas l'impression de te faire enfler ou alors il y a des éléments dont on a pas connaissance :??:
