mon explorateur windows devient tres lent lorsque je suis connecté à internet.
Pourriez-vous m'aider?

salut,

détaille nous toute ta config, ton système, ta box internet, par quel moyen tu te connecte à celle-ci, l'antivirus installé.
est ce que tout est bien à jour? (windows et pilotes)
scan antivirus et anti-spywares effectués pour éliminer une infection virale?
post un rapport Hijackthis.

Connexion à internet via la livebox par cable ethernet
J'utilise un nouveau pc et dès le départ ,j'ai eu le problème.
J'en ai un autre qui utilise lui aussi la livebox par cable ethernet et je n'ai pas le problème.
Cela peut venir de windows ou des pilotes,mais je ne sais pas quoi vérifier
