Bonjour,

J'ai un PC qui redémarre aléatoirement depuis qu'il est en fonction.
J'ai vérifier les RAM, le disque dur, mis à jour les drivers, windows... toujours le même problème.

J'ai pensé à une surchauffe mais le processeur peut suporter une température de 50° non ?

- "Stop 0x00000019 BAD_POOL_HEADER" :
Ce problème est généralement causé par un périphérique incompatible. Il faut redémarrer en mode sans échec, désinstaller le périphérique et le programme attaché en se servant du module Ajout/Suppression de programmes du Panneau de configuration.

regarde si tu peux désinstaller ce immunet protect via Programmes et Fonctionnalités.


ensuite fait ceci :

Pour les utilisateurs de Windows Vista/7 :

scan ton pc avec en mettant à jour au préalable (scan complet pour Malwarebytes)

♦ Télécharge

♦ Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours(désactive momentanément ton antivirus/pare-feu)

♦ Double clique(clic droit "executer en temps qu'administrateur pour vista) sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut .

♦ Double-clique(clic droit "executer en temps qu'administrateur pour vista) sur le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .

♦ Au menu principal choisis l'option "Scanner".

♦ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

♦ Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

♦ Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.


Ensuite, copie-colle le rapport

Pour l'instant il ne redémarre pas mais c’était assez espacé donc je vais attendre et laisser tourner.

J'ai oublié un périphérique, j'ai un écran Led de 82 cm branché en même temps que le LCD 18.5" sur une même carte graphique.

Je ne sais pas si ca joue....

J'ai aussi revérifier les mémoires ram.... rien du tout.

je serais toi je brancherai uniquement le strict nécessaire pour voir comment se comporte le pc.

Il y pas grand chose de connecté :

- Clavier et souris
- Douchette de scan
ça pourrait venir de ce périphérique, ou du moins de son pilote, est-il certifié windows 7?

C'est en USB et est reconnu comme clavier. J'en ai un autre sur un pc aussi sous win 7 et pas de soucis.

Stune vieille habitude qu'un de mes profs d'info m'a filé en BTS. a l'epoque on codait comme des gorets des trucs assez bas niveau ( genre lire les buffers de la RAM video ), mais comme on compilait ca à l'arrache et qu'on le faisait tourner sur un OS techniquement pas tip top pour le compilateur ( ou inversement ) generalement ca finissait tres souvent en BSOD :D

Et là le prof nous disait : "si ca foire 2 fois à la compil, c'est que vous avez cramé un truc sur l'OS. donc on formate et on reinstalle [:dawa]"

C'est grace à lui que j'ai decouvert Ghost et le monde magique des images disque :D

après une nuit, j'ai pas encore eu de redémarrage... Je croise les doigts, apperement ca fonctionne ;)

Sujet résolu pour l'instant, je vais le laisser tourner encore quelques jours.

Pour le formatage, c'est assez embêtant car certains logiciels sont installés pas des sociétés et ils sont en vacances... Donc en attendant on fait avec ce qu'on a :-D

En tout cas, un grand merci ! Je vous tiens au courant de toute façon ;-)
