C'est la première fois que je poste ici. Je vais essayer de faire un message aussi précis que possible sur mon problème.
J'ai récupéré un ordinateur qui fonctionnait mal. Le problème venait en fait du disque dur, défectueux. J'en ai fait un pc gamer. Jusque là, tout va bien.
Sauf que de temps en temps, mon pc freeze, ou fait un blue screen. Je ne m'inquiète pas plus que ça, ça arrive. En revanche, j'ai voulu savoir pourquoi mon micro faisait bien plus de grésillements que celui d'un ami, qui a pourtant le même casque que moi.
Changer de ports réduisant les grésillements, on a pensé à un problème d'électricité statique. Avec l'outil DPC latency checker (donne la latence à l'intérieur d'un pc, rien à voir avec le réseau, même si le traitement de données internet augmente la latence), je trouve mon pc avec une latence de 800µs en moyenne. Ce qui est mauvais.
En coupant le courant, j'ai dû décharger l'électricité statique. Ainsi, je tombais à ~70µs, la latence "normale" pour un pc. Mais la latence remonte au fil des heures, avec les grésillements. Et utiliser mon casque fait monter la latence, de nouveau vers les 700µs. D'où un questionnement sur mon alimentation et mes ports USB.
Pour comparaison, mon ami ne dépasse pas les 400µs.
OCCT m'a montré que le voltage de mon alimentation n'est pas stable.
À côté de ça, les freezes/BSOD se sont intensifiés. Tous les deux - trois jours ces deux dernières semaines. Ils apparaissent aussi bien en jeu que sans activité gourmande en ressources (internet, travail sur documents, musique).
Ici une liste des BSOD que j'ai obtenus avec Verifier :
Ce qui m'inquiète, c'est la variété des erreurs. Désinstaller Comodo n'est pas bien compliqué. Mais quand l'erreur vient du kernel ? Mes drivers sont à jours. Les ports USB ont aussi causé des crashs. Est-ce qu'une réinstallation serait suffisante ? J'en doute, puisque même une erreur physique a été retournée.
Voici les tests que j'ai effectué pour mes composants :
- ASUS PC Diagnostics
- CrystalDisk
- Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bits
- Memtest86+
- OCCT (CPU, GPU, Alimentation)
- Surveillance avec Speedfan, DPC latency checker, GPU-Z, MSI Afterburner, technologie de stockage Intel rapide.
Aucun ne m'a retourné d'erreurs. Ils indiquent tous des composants en bonne santé, à part OCCT qui a montré le voltage inconstant de mon alim'.
À noter que lorsque j'ai voulu mettre à jour mon BIOS, l'update utility d'ASUS n'a pas reconnu ma carte mère. De même, Everest n'a pas pu reconnaitre ma carte mère.
Voici ma config' :
Tous mes drivers sont à jours (touslesdrivers + site du constructeur). Le BIOS est à jour, en version 1402.
Je ne pense pas avoir de virus. Sauf si il est passé à travers Avast, le pare-feu Comodo et Malwarebytes.
Je fais tourner régulièrement CCleaner et Defraggler.
Donc, je vous serais reconnaissant si vous m'aidez à résoudre mes problèmes de BSOD. Je pense qu'ils sont liés aux grésillements et aux éventuels problèmes électriques.
Malheureusement, je ne sais pas comment régler ça.
