Micro-Freezes dans les jeux

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai acheté une config que j'ai monté moi-même en décembre 2014 :

Carte mère ASUS H97 PLUS
i5 4690 3.4 ghz
MSI r9 290 twin frozr
2x4 go de ram Gskill 1600 mhz
Seagate barracuda 7200 tr 2 To
PSU LDLC 500 W

J'ai malheureusement depuis le début des problèmes de micro-freezes dans les jeux, Assassin's creed IV, Arma 3, Darkwood, The Cave, Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes, Dishonored... bref presque tous. La fluidité est bonne et parfois l'image se fige pendant 1/4 de secondes, on pourrait dire qu'elle "accroche". J'ai pu vérifié avec afterburner on voit que le nombre de fps est à 60 ou plus mais on peut voir quelques pics descendants parfois de 10, 20 voir 30 images en dessous.

Mes pilotes sont à jour et installés proprement.

J'ai fait plusieurs benchmark, unigine, 3Dmark, et des occt cpu, gpu et psu. Malheureusement je ne sais pas analyser les différentes tensions que m'affichent les occt.
J'ai renvoyé au magasin concerné par cette commande la carte mère, processeur et alimentation. Ils n'ont rien trouvé et m'ont suggéré d'acheter un onduleur car il est possible que le problème soit électrique.
N'ayant pas encore d'onduleur et ayant un doute là-dessus j'ai appelé un ami électricien qui va venir vérifier dans quelques temps mon installation électrique et me prêter un onduleur.

Je vérifie de temps à autre avec GPU-Z les tensions associés à ma carte graphique.
J'y trouve un 12 V à 11.88 V, et pendant les jeux il baisse parfois à 11.75 V.
Un VDDC au repos à 0.992 V qui monte aux alentours de 1.141 V dans les jeux mais qui n'est pas constant du tout, revient très souvent à 0.992 V.

Je précise que pendant les occt psu que j'ai pu faire, j'entendais des cliquetis assez fort provenant peut être de mon alimentation ou alors la carte graphique. Je n'arrive pas à être sûr.

Je suis un peu perdu et très déçu d'avoir déboursé près de 1000 euros dans une config qui est sensé faire tourner à peu près tout.

Excusez-moi d'avance pour le post très long, j'essaie de détaillé au maximum. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut me donner un petit coup de main pour diagnostiquer mon problème ? Faire par étape et faire les bons choix de renvoies éventuels...

Bonjour à toi job31, merci de ta réponse si rapide, j'ai fait des tests différents, un OCCT psu et le bruit de cliquetis vient bien de mon alim.

Pendant l'OCCT le 3.3V descend autour de 3.29V au bout de 10 minutes puis très régulièrement par la suite.
Le 5V est autour de 5.12V constant puis au bout de 9-10 minutes descend vers 5.07V.
Enfin le 12V bouge sans cesse entre 12.20V et moins de 12V.
Mes FPS affichent effectivement des micros freezes pendant cet OCCT, disons que le nombre d'images secondes peut passer de 272 à 64 pour enfin remonter autour des 250. C'est exactement le phénomène que j'ai dans les jeux.

Mon alim LDLC est de 500W est elle pourtant trop légère pour ma carte graphique ?

J'ai fait également un benchmark de mon disque dur HDtune, il montre également un bitrate maximum de 207,7 MB/sec que je devrais avoir presque constamment mais des pics descendants à 18,5 MB/sec toutes les 10 à 15 secondes. Cela me semble anormal pour un disque dur de cette trempe...

Mes températures de carte graphique ont l'air plutôt bonne pour une ATI, l'OCCT fait dépasser les 80° mais sans OCCT ce n'est strictement jamais le cas.

D'un côté j'ai des micros freezes présents même sur mon disque dur, et d'un autre des bruits de cliquetis dans mon alim pendant un occt psu.
J'ai testé un vieux disque dur branché sur un autre port sata, celui-ci n'a pas de micros-freezes sous HDtune. Il affiche un bitrate assez bas autour de 50 à 40 MB/sec mais cela correspond à ses performances.

Windows 8.1 est installé sur ce vieux disque dur, est-il intéressant que je teste un occt avec sous windows 8.1 ?

Une alim de qualite pourtant (Seasonic inside)...!! Ce qui ne veux pas dire qu'elle ne soit pas défectueuse...
Voir avec une autre alim si les soucis se répètent !!

De plus en plus curieux... J'ai windows 8.1 installé sur le vieux disque dur, je teste donc un HDtune sur ce disque dur sous ce système d'exploitation... Je me retrouve avec des pics descendants énormes au niveau du bitrate... 50mb/sec et paf 10 mb/sec puis ça remonte et ça recommence toutes les 10 à 15 secondes.
Je teste donc un HDtune sur le disque dur seagate barracuda 2 To et là magie, plus de pics descendants.

Conclusion, lorsqu'un système d'exploitation est lancé sur un disque dur, l'un ou l'autre, le disque dur "maître" a des performances désastreuses et le disque dur "esclave" fonctionne normalement.

Cela enlève pour moi un problème de disque dur non ?

Serait-ce la ram ? J'ai déjà testé avec un memtest+ après 2 passes tout est ok.

Du côté électrique, que se passe-t'il lorsqu'un disque dur est reconnu comme système d'exploitation et l'autre en stockage ? L'alimentation s'adapte et réagit différemment ou les tensions sont toujours les mêmes quelque soit la config ?

PS: L'alim + carte mère + processeur ont été testé au sav LDLC, paraît-il tout est okay

Oui bien sûr, sur mon windows 8.1 qui est tout frais, je n'ai même pas encore installé d'antivirus et j'évite de brancher internet pendant les tests.

Windows 8.1 intégre un antivirus tu sais : Windows Defender.

Oui j'ai testé sans windows defender, merci je n'y avais pas pensé, j'ai les mêmes résultats. Du coup pour éviter tout soupçon, j'ai fait le benchmark HDtune en mode sans échec avec les deux OS (windows 7 sur le 2 TB et windows 8.1 sur un 160GB).

On peut constater sur les résultats suivant que le premier disque dur, celui sur lequel l'OS tourne, fonctionne très mal, le second lui est stable dans les débits.

Salut à tous,

J'ai testé avec un onduleur pendant plusieurs jours, j'ai coupé toute sorte de "services.msc" et j'ai toujours le même problème après mise à jour du bios de ma carte mère, j'ai tout de même l'impression que lorsque le pc est allumé depuis 10 minutes (donc les services nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'ordinateur doivent être chargés), les pics descendants sont dans le pire des cas autour de 50Mbits/sec.

Avez-vous une idée des quelques tests que je pourrais effectuer pour savoir quel type de processus pourrait provoquer ce genre de problème ?

Ensuite j'ai reçu une nouvelle alimentation LDLC 500 Watts et j'ai les mêmes cliquetis lors d'occt psu avec la carte graphique branchée. Serait-ce la carte graphique qui est défectueuse ?

Merci Job31 de ta réponse, mais penses-tu que les problèmes de cliquetis (provenant de l'alimentation) pendant les occt psu sont provoqués par le disque dur ?

J'ai effectivement très certainement plusieurs problèmes. Je vais peut être faire une demande sav au niveau du disque dur, mais il me semble que cela ne règlera pas ces problèmes de cliquetis au niveau de l'alimentation pendant les occt psu.

J'ai repéré l'endroit des cliquetis et ils ne sont en aucun cas au niveau du disque dur ou carte graphique, là est mon problème, comment déterminer la panne étant donné cette situation confuse avec des symptômes à droite et à gauche. De plus peut être ne sont-ils pas tous liés...

J'ai précisé que le son venait bien de l'alim, le disque dur est à 20 cm de l'alim et j'ai enregistré le son qui se trouve situé derrière l'alimentation, non loin du bouton power de celle-ci...

Oui oui, même modèle d'alimentation et même bruit que la première, je ne comprends rien (elle est neuve d'hier). C'est fou quand même, si je fais un occt psu avec la config de base carte mère, processeur, r9 290, ram et disque dur, j'ai ces fameux cliquetis pile derrière l'alimentation, on peut mettre l'oreille à côté du bruit à l'extérieur de la tour, juste derrière tout en bas (boitier LDLC QT01). J'ai vérifié une fois de plus en ouvrant le boitier, ce n'est ni le disque dur, ni la carte graphique, ni la carte mère bien sûr. Je suis certain de l'origine des cliquetis.

Enfin si je fais un occt psu sans la carte graphique, c'est donc le chipset qui tourne, j'ai toujours des sortes de micro-freezes sur le modèle 3d qui s'affichent ( grosses chutes de fps une fois de plus) mais par contre pas de cliquetis.
