Bonjour, et excusez moi par avance si je me suis planté dans la catégorie où poster mon message.
Alors voilà, depuis presque une semaine, j'ai droit sur mon ordinateur portable à des bluescreens et des redémarrages intempestifs réguliers. Il s'agit d'un Asus T100 transformer book avec un clavier détachable et un disque dur secondaire de 1to à l'intérieur du dit clavier, le tout sous windows 8.
Cela a commencé avec avec un bluescreen à la sortie de la veille et un redémarrage difficile, et cela a continué dans les jours suivant de façon apparemment aléatoire.
J'ai effectué moult tests, scan des drivers, des .dll, sans succès. Je me suis peu à peu rendu compte qu'apparemment, il n'y avait aucun problème lorsque j'utilisais l'ordinateur en mode tablette, sans le clavier. De plus, celui-ci refusait parfois complétement de démarrer lorsque le clavier était branché, il fallait que je pose l'ordinateur dessus après seulement qu'il se soit allumé si je voulais l'utiliser. j'ai remarqué également que lorsque l'ordinateur refusait de démarrer, l'on pouvait parfois entendre le disque dur par intermittence, comme s'il démarrait puis s'arrêtait instantanément. Depuis aujourd'hui quasiment à chaque fois que je branchais le clavier après allumage, je prenais un bluescreen quasi-instantané, j'ai donc décidé d'essayer de brancher le clavier en ayant retiré le disque dur au préalable, ce qui pour le moment fonctionne très bien (pas de problèmes d'allumage, et pas de bluescreen).
Tout semble indiquer qu'il y aurait donc un sérieux problème au niveau du disque dur, cependant à chaque fois que je parvenais à utiliser l'ordinateur avec le disque dur branché, je pouvais très bien accéder à celui-ci (hier encore j'ouvrais sans difficulté des fichiers présents sur le disque).
Je me demande donc si mon disque dur est définitivement foutu, où s'il y aurait éventuellement une solution. J'ai vu qu'il était possible de mettre à jour le bios assez facilement sur cet ordinateur, mais je ne sais si ça pourrait avoir un quelconque effet.
