prepare:
1. pencil
2. iron solder
3. bad board from the bad hard drive .
4. good board from us

Steps to swap the Memory Chip(EEPROM) chip of bad board with the good board:
Step1. line up the two boards in the same direction
Step2. mark "b" on the Memory Chip(EEPROM) chip on the bad board with pencil
Step3. mark "g" on the Memory Chip(EEPROM) chip on the good board with
pencil
Step4. solder off the "g" Memory Chip(EEPROM) chip from the good board from
us
Step5. solder off the "b" Memory Chip(EEPROM) chip from the bad board.
Step6. put the "b" Memory Chip(EEPROM) chip on the good board at the
position where the "g" Memory Chip(EEPROM) was.
Step7. pay attention: the "b" Memory Chip(EEPROM) chip direction must be
correct(power and ground).
Step8. solder the "b" Memory Chip(EEPROM) chip to the good board
checking:
1. make sure every pin of the chip is soldered firmly to the solder pad
2. no shortage between any two pins
