So i've been trying to fix this problem for 3 days straight but i still get no posting on my screen. I Know my screen is fine and all my parts are new, expect the CPU. The CPU has been used for 1 month only and it looks fine to me. i've try unplugging everything and plugging back all wires.

2 x 4GB 1600GHz DDR3 1.5V
Intel core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad core
GTX 1050 Ti OC Edition 4GB
H81M-D Motherboard
Kingston SSD 128GB
WD Blue 1T Hard Drive
500W Corsair PSU
When i press the power button, fans start spinning (even the graphics card fans) but the power LED is turned off and i don't see anything on my screen. I am 100% sure its not the PSU nor the RAM. Every cable is plugged in ( CPU, PCI-E, 24 Pin, SATA power cables, Case ports and LED, HSF, USB ports, HD audio, SATA Data cables) but it still doesn't work
