Un nouveau t\u00e9moignage des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l\u2019IHS soud\u00e9 des futurs CPU Intel de 9\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration vient d\u2019appara\u00eetre sur la toile. Cette fois-ci, c\u2019est le site Expreview qui partage les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019un test d\u2019overclocking sur un Core i7-9700K<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Comme l\u2019on peut le distinguer sur la photo (pas tr\u00e8s nette) des relev\u00e9s de CPU-Z, le processeur a pu atteindre 5,3 GHz sur tous ses c\u0153ur<\/strong>s, avec une tension VCore \u00e0 1,25V. Bien que CPU.Zol avait r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 monter \u00e0 5,5 GHz sous watercooling (voir la MaJ du 27 ao\u00fbt plus bas), ce qui est vraiment impressionnant cette fois-ci, c\u2019est que les testeurs n\u2019auraient utilis\u00e9 que ce simple ventirad bas de gamme<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On y voit clairement que l\u2019IHS est ici bien soud\u00e9 au CPU avec une solution \u00e0 base de m\u00e9tal liquide. Notez que l\u2019on devrait \u00e9galement retrouver cette particularit\u00e9 sur le Core i7-9700K, mais que l\u2019on ne sait toujours pas encore ce qu\u2019il en est du Core i5-9600K. D\u2019apr\u00e8s le commentaire sur Facebook<\/a> de Xfastest la m\u00eame solution serait utilis\u00e9e sur ces trois processeurs de 9\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

Le site CPU.ZOL a publi\u00e9 des captures d\u2019\u00e9cran de ce qui semble \u00eatre un \u00e9chantillon pour ing\u00e9nieur du futur Intel Core i7-9700K. D\u2019apr\u00e8s ce que l\u2019on voit sur les images, le processeur a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 sous Cinebench R15 et surtout overclock\u00e9 \u00e0 5553,7 MHz sur 8 c\u0153urs. Notez que ces fr\u00e9quences attestent des avantages du retour d\u2019Intel aux CPU soud\u00e9s, puisque le testeur n\u2019utilisait qu\u2019une simple solution de refroidissement \u00e0 base de watercooling (sans azote liquide). <\/p>\n

\u00c9quivalent au Ryzen 7 2700X\u00a0en performances multi-thread\u00a0?<\/h3>\n

\"Image<\/span><\/span>Les captures d\u2019\u00e9cran nous montrent que le Core i7-9700K \u00e9tait mont\u00e9 sur une carte m\u00e8re ASRock Fatal1ty Z370 Pro Gaming i7 et qu\u2019il a pu atteindre les scores de 1827 et 250 points points sur les test multi-threaded et single-threaded de Cinebench R15. Ces r\u00e9sultats le propulseraient donc dans le territoire des Ryzen 7 2700X (que nous venons d’overclocker sous azote<\/a>) pour les op\u00e9rations multic\u0153urs et lui vaudrait une position dominante pour les applications monoc\u0153ur. Il faudra cependant effectuer des tests avec un \u00e9chantillon officiel, et \u00e0 fr\u00e9quences \u00e9gales, pour savoir vraiment o\u00f9 le futur CPU se situe face \u00e0 la concurrence et son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur le Core i7-8700K.<\/p>\n

VideoCardz a pu mettre la main sur une documentation Intel officielle d\u00e9taillant les nouveaux CPU de 9 \u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Cette fois-ci, plus aucun doute, le constructeur parle explicitement de STIM (Solder Thermal Interface Material)<\/em>, les processeurs sont bien soud\u00e9s \u00e0 leur IHS.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"Image<\/span><\/span>Cependant, cette particularit\u00e9 ne concerne peut-\u00eatre pas toute la gamme, VideoCardz dit avoir eu la confirmation que les Core i9-9900K et i7-9700K sont bien en contact avec leur dissipateur via m\u00e9tal liquide, le Core i5-9600K n\u2019embarque probablement qu\u2019une solution de p\u00e2te thermique habituelle. Enfin, le reste de la documentation n\u2019apporte pas de grandes nouveaut\u00e9s, mais nous permet de confirmer les fr\u00e9quences de boost (sur 1 seul c\u0153ur) ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 fuit\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Le site Golem.de<\/a> dit avoir re\u00e7u la confirmation, de plusieurs sources proches d’Intel, que les processeurs Intel de 9\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration avec 8 c\u0153urs seront bien soud\u00e9s \u00e0 leur capsule de protection. D\u2019apr\u00e8s Guru3D, l’entreprise a enfin d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9couter les consommateurs et d\u2019utiliser le m\u00e9tal liquide pour mettre en contact les dies et l\u2019IHS des Core i9-9900K et Core i7-9700K.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs visiblement la raison pour laquelle le Core i9-9900K peut monter \u00e0 4,7 GHz sur tous ses c\u0153urs et 5 GHz sur deux d\u2019entre eux. Notez cependant que les autres mod\u00e8les de la nouvelle gamme, embarquant 6 c\u0153urs et moins, utiliseront la solution thermique habituelle. PCBuildersClub<\/a> dit avoir re\u00e7u de nouvelles informations sur les prochains CPU Intel de 9 \u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/a>. D\u2019apr\u00e8s leur source, Intel devrait lancer ses nouveaux processeurs le 1 ao\u00fbt 2018. Il est cependant possible que seule une partie de la gamme soit disponible \u00e0 cette date et que le reste soit d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 plus tard. Mais plus int\u00e9ressant, le contact de PCBuildersClub parle d\u2019un CPU soud\u00e9 \u00e0 son dissipateur, pouvant monter \u00e0 5,5 GHz.<\/p>\n

Un Core i7-9700K overclock\u00e9 \u00e0 5,5 GHz\u00a0?<\/h3>\n

La source de PCBuildersClub leur aurait envoy\u00e9 une capture d\u2019\u00e9cran du CPU soud\u00e9 sur CPU-Z. Il s\u2019agirait d\u2019un processeur \u00e0 6 c\u0153urs, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 overclock\u00e9 \u00e0 5,5 GHz (gr\u00e2ce au contact avec l\u2019IHS via m\u00e9tal liquide). Le site dit que le processeur portait le nom de Core i7-8086K<\/a> sur le logiciel, mais que Windows 10 ne pouvait pas le reconna\u00eetre. PCBuildersClub imagine qu\u2019il s\u2019agirait donc s\u00fbrement du Core i7-9700K. Si cette information est av\u00e9r\u00e9e, il n\u2019y aurait pas de raison pour que le Core i9-9900K ne soit pas soud\u00e9 \u00e0 son IHS aussi.<\/p>\n
