Le DigiTimes<\/a> explique que la demande explose aupr\u00e8s des lignes de production en 7 nm de TSMC. En cause, le passage massif des SoC ARM pour smartphones \u00e0 cette finesse de gravure. La demande aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 tripl\u00e9e, et TSMC vient donc d’allonger ses d\u00e9lais de livraison de puces de 2 \u00e0 6 mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMD directement touch\u00e9 par les retards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

AMD utilise copieusement les lignes de production de TSMC pour produire la totalit\u00e9 de ses derni\u00e8res puces : CPU Zen 2 et GPU Navi. TSMC affirme avoir investi pour \u00e9tendre ses capacit\u00e9s de production, mais il faudra du temps pour se mettre \u00e0 l’\u00e9quilibre.
