Micron annonce le d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage de la premi\u00e8re solution de stockage uMCP (UFS-based multichip package) de m\u00e9moire DRAM LPDDR5. Ces produits, qui offrent un stockage haute densit\u00e9 et une faible consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie, se destinent principalement aux smartphones 5G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces bo\u00eetiers uMCP5 combinent de la DRAM LPDDR5 en 1y nm (15 nm) avec une puce NAND 3D de 512 Gb 96L. Selon Raj Talluri, PDG de Micron, “cette solution de conditionnement, la premi\u00e8re de l’industrie, offre une augmentation de 50 % de la m\u00e9moire et de la bande passante de stockage tout en r\u00e9duisant la puissance”<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bo\u00eetier BGA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le bo\u00eetier 297BGA (ball grid array) prend en charge la m\u00e9moire LPDDR5 double canaux avec des vitesses allant jusqu’\u00e0 6400 Mbit\/s. Cela repr\u00e9sente une augmentation des performances de 50 % par rapport \u00e0 l’interface de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Il offre \u00e9galement la plus haute densit\u00e9 de stockage et de m\u00e9moire disponible pour le format uMCP actuellement sur le march\u00e9, avec 256 Go et 12 Go respectivement. Enfin, Micron pr\u00e9cise que sa solution LPDDR5 est d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent disponible pour l\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage aupr\u00e8s des clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
