\"Image<\/a><\/span><\/span>Le constructeur AMD vient de lancer, en marge du CES qui se tient actuellement \u00e0 Las Vegas, deux nouvelles gammes de cartes graphiques\u00a0: les Radeon HD 8000 Series<\/strong> (des cartes graphiques OEM destin\u00e9es aux ordinateurs de bureau), et les Radeon HD 8000M Series<\/strong> pour les ordinateurs portables. H\u00e9las, si certains mod\u00e8les sont effectivement de nouveaux produits, d\u2019autres ne sont que d\u2019anciens mod\u00e8les renomm\u00e9s pour l\u2019occasion\u2026<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Nouveaux mod\u00e8les mobiles<\/h4>\n<\/p>\n

AMD lance donc 12 nouvelles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences\u00a0de cartes graphiques mobiles : les Radeon HD 8550M, 8570M, 8590M, 8670M, 8690M, 8730M, 8750M, 8770M, 8790M, 8830M, 8850M et 8870M.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Toutes utilisent l\u2019architecture GCN<\/strong> et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de la technologie PowerTune with Boost permettant dans certains cas d\u2019augmenter la fr\u00e9quence de fonctionnement du GPU. Les mod\u00e8les 8550M \u00e0 8970M utilisent un GPU Oland<\/strong>, alors que les cartes les plus puissantes embarquent un GPU Cape Verde<\/strong>, plus ancien puisque d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 par les Radeon HD 7700M Series et 7800M Series.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Et anciens mod\u00e8les OEM de bureau<\/h4>\n<\/p>\n

Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des Radeon HD 8000 Series de bureau, AMD lance les Radeon HD 8350, Radeon HD 8450\/8470, Radeon HD 8570, Radeon HD 8670, Radeon HD 8740, Radeon HD 8760, Radeon HD 8870, Radeon HD 8950 et Radeon HD 8970 GHz Edition. Les Radeon HD 8350 et HD 8400 Series utilisent un GPU \u00e0 l\u2019architecture TeraScale 2<\/strong>, une architecture plut\u00f4t ancienne puisque c\u2019est celle que l\u2019on trouve d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la gamme Evergreen (Radeon HD 5000 Series). Ces cartes semblent cacher des Radeon HD 5400 ou 5600 Series…<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Les autres mod\u00e8les embarquent quant \u00e0 eux un GPU b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de l\u2019architecture GCN<\/strong> (Graphics Core Next) d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e par les Radeon HD 7700, 7800 et 7900. Les Radeon HD 8740 et 8760 ressemblent \u00e9trangement \u00e0 des Radeon HD 7750 et 7770, tandis que les Radeon HD 8870, 8950 et 8970 GHz Edition ne sont pas sans rappeler les Radeon HD 7870, 7950 et 7970 GHz Edition. En pratique, seules les Radeon HD 8570 et 8670 utilisent donc un GPU r\u00e9ellement nouveau (Oland<\/strong>). En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, il risque d\u2019\u00eatre compliqu\u00e9 de s\u2019y retrouver dans cette gamme pas si nouvelle que \u00e7a, surtout lorsque les v\u00e9ritable mod\u00e8les Sea Islands verront le jour et viendront s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rences OEM.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
