Les processeurs de bureau de 10e g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019Intel, les Comet Lake-S<\/a>, d\u00e9barqueront chez les revendeurs d\u2019ici quelques jours. Ces puces prennent place sur un nouveau socket, le LGA1200. Lors de sa pr\u00e9sentation, Intel n\u2019a mentionn\u00e9 que les cartes m\u00e8res en Z490<\/a>. On sait n\u00e9anmoins que d\u2019autres chipsets sont pr\u00e9vus. ASRock avait notamment d\u00e9voil\u00e9 le H470 en janvier et indirectement le B460 en indiquant qu\u2019il \u00e9tait possible d\u2019overclocker des processeurs Comet Lake-S non-K sur ces deux chipsets en d\u00e9but de mois. Le fabricant vend encore la m\u00e8che en listant des chipsets H470, B460 et H410.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces derniers seront des alternatives moins on\u00e9reuses aux cartes m\u00e8res Z490. En pratique, le chipset Z490 a deux avantages. Le premier, c\u2019est bien s\u00fbr qu\u2019il est sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour l’overclocking. Le second, c\u2019est qu\u2019il est le seul \u00e0 supporter le SLI via une configuration PCIe x8\/x8. En effet, contrairement \u00e0 la technologie CrossFireX d\u2019AMD qui fonctionne sur quatre lignes PCIe et s\u2019av\u00e8re donc compatible avec les autres chipsets, celle d\u2019AMD requiert huit ligne PCIe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MSI explique sa s\u00e9lection des Comet Lake-S pour l\u2019overclocking : mieux vaut miser sur un Core i9 !<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un H410 minimaliste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Exception faite de ces deux caract\u00e9ristiques, le chipset H470 est celui qui se rapproche le plus du Z490. Outre les deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments susmentionn\u00e9s, il perd \u00e9galement deux ports USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 et deux USB 3.2 Gen 1×1. Il conserve en revanche le Wi-Fi 6 AX201 et la prise en charge d’Intel Optane. Le B460 ressemble au H470, mais il perd l\u2019USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 et apparemment, le Wi-Fi int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Enfin, le H410 est le plus minimaliste des chipsets, avec seulement deux emplacements m\u00e9moire DDR4, quatre ports SATA III, l\u2019absence de prise en charge du RAID ou de l\u2019Intel Optane. Enfin, notez qu\u2019un chipset W480 destin\u00e9 aux stations de travail est aussi pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
