Voici des informations au sujet de la fiabilit\u00e9 des cartes graphiques NVIDIA et AMD publi\u00e9es par le revendeur allemand Mindfactory. Le d\u00e9taillant a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 son taux de RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization<\/em>) des cartes graphiques des deux entreprises. Malheureusement pour AMD, son mat\u00e9riel semble moins fiable que celui de NVIDIA. En revanche, la RTX 2080 Ti h\u00e9rite du titre peu glorieux de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence avec le taux RMA le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les donn\u00e9es recueillies par le site allemand concernent les cartes \u00e0 partir de la GeForce GTX 1660 Ti pour NVIDIA et de la Radeon RX 5500 XT pour AMD. En tout, elles couvrent 44 100 cartes AMD et 76 280 cartes NVIDIA. Cela donne d\u00e9j\u00e0 une petite indication sur la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence des consommateurs allemands. Selon Mindfactory, 1452 cartes AMD ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retourn\u00e9es, contre 1607 pour NVIDIA. Par rapport aux chiffres de ventes mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus, cela repr\u00e9sente un taux RMA de 3,3\u00a0% pour AMD et de 2,1\u00a0% pour NVIDIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La RTX 2080 Ti a un taux RMA de 5,3 %<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Si l\u2019on examine les donn\u00e9es<\/a> plus en d\u00e9tails, on constate que du c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019AMD, les probl\u00e8mes touchent principalement les RX 5700 et RX 5700 XT. En effet, elles comptabilisent toutes les deux un taux RDMA de 3,6\u00a0%, contre 2\u00a0% et 0,9\u00a0% respectivement pour les RX 5600 XT et RX 5500 XT. Les valeurs sont plus homog\u00e8nes du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de NVIDIA, bien que la RTX 2080 Ti soit la plus mauvaise \u00e9l\u00e8ve avec un taux de RMA de 5,3\u00a0%. Enfin, en ce qui concerne les marques, les cartes PowerColor sont les plus \u00e0 risque du c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019AMD ; les Palit du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de NVIDIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bien s\u00fbr, ces statistiques ne sont qu\u2019indicatives. Mindfactory ne donne pas de d\u00e9tails sur les motifs des RMA, et les chiffres globaux moins flatteurs pour AMD proviennent peut-\u00eatre des soucis de pilotes qui ont affect\u00e9s les RX 5700 et RX 5700 ; soucis corrig\u00e9s par la suite, ce qui expliquerait le taux de RMA nettement plus faibles des RX 5500 XT commercialis\u00e9es plus tardivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
