Chez AMD, apr\u00e8s les processeurs EPYC Milan-X<\/a> officialis\u00e9s en novembre dernier, viendront les EPYC Genoa. Comme les Ryzen 7000 pour le grand public, ces puces seront sous architecture Zen 4 et grav\u00e9es en 5 nm. Elles mettront \u00e0 disposition jusqu\u2019\u00e0 96 c\u0153urs \/ 192 threads contre 64 c\u0153urs \/ 128 threads pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations EPYC Rome et EPYC Milan \/ Milan-X. Le site VideoCardz partage des photos d\u2019un processeur EPYC Genoa. Ce n\u2019est toutefois pas le repr\u00e9sentant le plus puissant, puisque c\u2019est un fr\u00eale 16 c\u0153urs \/ 32 threads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nos confr\u00e8res pr\u00e9cisent que cet \u00e9chantillon a une fr\u00e9quence Boost de 3,7 GHz et un TDP de 195 W. La r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et les sp\u00e9cifications finales de cette puce restent inconnues pour le moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019autre part, le site WCCFTech livre les deux sch\u00e9mas ci-dessous. Ils correspondent au socket SP5, en LGA-6096, qui sera introduit par cette plateforme. Une puce EPYC Genoa se divise en quatre groupes de 1524 broches. Sachez que les EPYC actuels utilisent un socket SP3 en LGA-4094.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
