Les APU Phoenix 2, premiers processeurs hybrides d\u2019AMD<\/a>, avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 entr\u2019aper\u00e7us \u00e0 plusieurs reprises ces derniers mois\u00a0; les caract\u00e9ristiques des Ryzen 5 7545U et Ryzen 3 7440U<\/a> sont d’ailleurs connues depuis juillet. AMD vient officiellement de lancer deux nouvelles puces qui viennent \u00e9toffer la gamme des Ryzen 7040U mobiles.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n

Le Ryzen 5 7545U poss\u00e8de 6 c\u0153urs \/ 12 threads\u00a0; plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, deux c\u0153urs Zen 4 et quatre c\u0153urs Zen 4c<\/strong>. Il a 16 Mo de cache L3 et 6 Mo de cache L2 (1 Mo par c\u0153ur). Le processeur a une fr\u00e9quence de base de 3,20 GHz et monte \u00e0 4,90 GHz en boost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Ryzen 3 7440U est un plus modeste 4 c\u0153urs \/ 8 threads dans une configuration en 2 + 2<\/strong>. Il a 8 Mo de cache L3 et 4 Mo de cache L2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour les deux processeurs, l\u2019iGPU est un Radeon 740M avec 4 unit\u00e9s de calcul sous architecture RDNA 3. Les puces ont un TDP compris entre 15 W et 30 W.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zen 4c : pas vraiment des c\u0153urs Zen 4 au rabais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les c\u0153urs Zen 4c, d\u00e9j\u00e0 employ\u00e9s pour les EPYC Bergamo<\/a>, mais aussi pour le Ryzen Z1 version non Extreme<\/a> (particularit\u00e9 finalement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e en septembre), sont toujours grav\u00e9s en 5 nm. Ils occupent une surface nettement r\u00e9duire par rapport aux c\u0153urs Zen 4\u00a0: 2,48 mm\u00b2 avec le cache L2 contre 3,84 mm\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ainsi, selon AMD, les c\u0153urs Zen 4 sont surtout adapt\u00e9s aux t\u00e2ches mono-thread dans des plages de TDP sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 20 W, tandis que les c\u0153urs Zen 4c excellent en multi-threads sous ce seuil de 20 W<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n
