Probleme Ordinateur Grave = > Cause ? Solution ?

Bonjour,
Depuis environ 2 mois, mon ordinateur bug.
J'ai déjà chercher d'ou venait ces problèmes mais aucune solution..
J'explique :

-Ecran noir puis " les pilotes ont crasher et ont etait recuperer" sauf que je les pilotes correct, j'ai utiliser un logiciel ATI auto detect pour les installer.
-BlueScreen puis redemarage
-Ecran fige, le curseur et le son reste 10secondes puis tout est figé, obliger d'eteindre et de rallumer
-Quand je veux regarder des films, j'ai, pas toujours, un message du type "RAM insufissante", pourtant j'ai 4GB de RAM ... ou dans les films, un crash "ecran figé" ou les couleurs (explosion, feu, ...) deviennent de couleur vert

Je pense que ma CG et ma RAM sont endommagée, mais je ne vois pas du tout, je demande donc au expert, peut-etre que j'ai faux ^^'
Donc voilà, j'aimerai savoir comment resoudre ces problemes..

Scan de virus malware en safemode (malware bytes rogue killer)

sinon peut être mauvais driver ou carte graphique

Memtest je n'arrive pas a m'en servir et là je viens de installer de nouveau driver pour ma carte graphique, n'y a t'il pas un autre logiciel que Memtest un un tuto pour m'aider..?
